They forgot to vacuum the backseat and forgot wipe out the door jambs, and smelly good stuff wasn't sprayed either. and it's always something that gets forgotten on the platinum wash.
I come here frequently and the work is always pretty good for the price. The down sides are an almost guaranteed lack of interaction with employees. For instance, today when I pulled up to the vacuums a man walked up and stood at my door without saying a word. I waited a few seconds to see if maybe the hint would sink in, but it didn't. So I asked for the silver wash. He marked the blue slip and handed it to me without a word. I went to pay and was only given a "thank you" after wishing the cashier a good day. I recently purchased a membership with Prime on County Line and Emerson only a few miles south. The environment, service, and travel is worth the extra few bucks.
Friendly staff, never had to wait more than five minutes,they always clean my truck good in and out.
I love the work they do on my car. Always an excellent clean and you can't beat the price!
Used this facility multiple times and have no complaints other than the layout of the facility and cleanliness. The building is old and the waiting area is limited so they do the best they can with the layout. However, I have always received good service and a very clean car when they are done. I have referred people here and will again.
