Bought a brand new Silverado 2500, took it into this place to have the bed Rhino lined, and I was unaware they out-source the work (they don't do the job on site). So their sub-contractor took my BRAND NEW TRUCK and DROVE it 79 miles total, to their facility out of the area. I brought it into the shop with 37 miles on it, mind you. They did not tell me this our get my authorization. Then they said they needed more time to do the job than I was told, because their sub-contractor was "busy" with other work.
Got vehicle undercoating, let me inspect it after the job while still on life and it looked good. Didn't get any of thag stuff inside the car or on the paint!
