I went in looking for a pair of dress pants I found online and was unable to find them for thirty minutes after arriving in the appropriate section. Sectional organization was poor with unlabeled brands and styles, with several colors mixed into the same stack. Pants were not organized by size, and no prices were listed in this section. I did not see any associates working the floor to lend aid to customers. Thoroughly disappointed in my visit and will avoid visiting this location whenever possible. I recommend visiting a different location for a more pleasant experience.
This is a good place for nice clothing. Price is average and their return policy is good. Even if you don't have coupons, they will happily share if they have it. Thats a nice thing, I think. It also has good variety for kids.
In this season of very ling lines...Kohls needs to find a way to prevent people from skipping past a line wrapping around the store and just walking uo to the next available cashier when others have been eaiting half an hour!
Great inventory and much bigger than the store in Noblesville. Placed an order on line and it was ready in less than 2 hours. Very organized.
Various collections for the family in a single place. Better to check kohls offers before checking out, we may get 15,20 or 30% discounts. kohls charge card members get extra discounts some times. Return policy is good. Get better discounted collections on clearance sections
