Nice pretty large store that on one side is furniture, paintings, pots and pans, lamps, home goods, accent pieces, and such, hence the store's name, haha, and the other side is a TJ Maxx with clothes and other items.
Stand in line forever cause the cashiers are all on break, all the time. Great items to choose from...if you can wait in line for 30 minutes cause the cashiers aren't doing their jobs
Great prices on most things. Nice selections of brands... just be sure to visit often, stock quickly changes/rotates. There tends to be lots of disarray and items just all over the place. So, finding specific items generally isn't easy. Just browse and find hidden gems.
Stood in line for 20 minutes to check out watching the manager stand around chatting and laughing with 3 other employees. The line was at least 20 customers deep. They’re lucky I found some stuff I really liked. Very irritated with the poor management. At least hide in your office when it’s busy, don’t laugh and smile at me from the front doors while I’m waiting on the only two cashiers working.
The store is usually pretty busy and the parking lot fairly full most of the time. Their prices are low for some nice items to make your house look fancier. They are always getting in different items, so inventory changes around often. Which makes the store cool, and gives you a reason to return often.
If I could give them a zero or minus score I would. Never have I seen as poor managed store and I shop HG/TJ often but Other locations. No way should anyone wait in a line for 30-60+ minutes. The cashiers couldn’t move slower with all registers open. Does the company ever do efficiency testing? All I can say is these managers and regional
