I've been shopping here for years and I have no complaints. They have great customer service... All of the employees that I have come across while shopping have always been positive and helpful.
Very nice sale on winter coats, plus I had a gift card, which almost made the coat too cheap to be real! The service was quick. The store is a little crowded with rows of super close racks, but it was pretty decent.
Could find no associates to help me for over 15 minutes. The employees I saw were at the cash registers.. When I found someone, it took almost another 5 minutes to get the answer I didn't want (need) to hear. That's the first time I've ever had a bad experience there. I'll chalk it up to it being the holiday season.
Today was awesome at kohl's on Sunnyside! Had to exchange a gift found out can accomplish this at registers now. Also had my Kohl's cash with me and had picked 2 watches to choose from based on cost. It ended up being free and I still have over $15 Kohl's cash left to spend!!! Isn't that an awesome blessing?!
Staff are helpful. Prices are what you expect. Best is the staff. They go out of the way to help. Wish more stores strived to follow their example.
