Clothes were very disorganized. Sizes we're mixed with different sizes. Price tag markers were confusing to read as to what item was actually on sale. Had to walk to customer service to find staff for help
I understand it's Christmas but the racks and shelves we're a total mess. The men's section had been picked through and was a total disaster. The selection was limited and the styling of the clothing was not to my taste and they were experience! Hadn't been to Kohl's in a minute, not sure I'll go back.
Customer service by the cashier was pathetic. Had to use up a in store credit, so glaf no need to return there again. Good bye to Kohls
I was able to get everything that I wanted at a great deal by using my Kohls credit card. Plus I didn't have to wait too long to check out.
Took jeans back. Wouldn't give me my money back due to being a gift. Said I would get a gift card. But had to wait over 30 minutes. Girl was polite and apologized a lot. The woman who came to help had attitude. Would send in mail. Couldn't get that either as it had the wrong address on my license. Tried giving them the right one and they couldn't do it. The jeans had a $40 price tag on them. Wanted to give like $3. They had same ones hanging on rack not on sale. My sister didn't get them on sale. Was going to take them home and ask her for receipt. But said they was already in the system that I couldn't. I used to shop Kohls a lot but haven't been back sense. It was of my favorite places to Christmas shop too.
