Clinique counter not very informed nor seemingly willing to answer questions. I phoned in a pre-sale order and was told that a color must be discontinued because they didn't have it or it was a color that didn't sell well in their area. But didn't offer to find out for sure. I called Clinique direct to find its still available not discontinued, so I phoned Greenwood store, very helpful and strangely enough they had it! Must be a color that sells 25 miles away! What an ordeal.
If you need help, this is the place to go. There are plenty of salespeople who know their stuff. Best customer service in Casteton Square Mall. They put all other department stores to shame!
I love this store. Always clean, spacious and the staff are very helpful. The store reminds me so much of the former Parisians which was my favorite store. I really enjoy shopping at Von Maur and especially on line.

Ally at the Estee Lauder counter is THE BEST! A handful of items I needed were not in stock and she went ABOVE AND BEYOND with customer service-even sent a thank you package to me as she knew I was disappointed they didn't have what I needed. Again, outstanding customer service and I will continue to make my purchases with her!
