There was some difficulty with getting the installation done in the time they had estimated. The car is a 2016 Lexus ES 350. If you have a high-end car, you will want these guys to install your remote start. They won't slide across the seats with grease. They wires will be hidden from view. And they will do it right.
The guys at Audio Electronics are really nice and helpful in addition to being great at what they do. I would recommend the place to anyone who needs car audio work done. When I had a problem with the system they put in more than a year after installation, they fixed it for free.
Went in to return an item and they were upset because the packaging was open, but to keep the customer happy, they obliged let me trade my item for a different piece (it was just a $10 item). They could've easily said no, but that kind of customer appreciation and willingness is why they have survived for over 4 decades. Also, VERY knowledgeable employees. I will definitely be back!

It was an inconvenience not to have the car ready when I was expecting it. It was not negligence on their end. It was a complicated installation. The point for me was that they took responsibility and made it right.
Sometimes things happen. It's the clean-up that matters. I am very happy with the work, the company, and the experience. If I had speakers or another remote start to install, I would go here only.

Friendly and fast service. These guys work hard to find the best option for whatever solution you'll need. When my wife's CD changer in our van decided to eat some library CDs, Josh and his crew ran over several options before finding us the perfect new and updated CD player to replace the old one. Within a few hours, I was back in business and the wife was loving the new unit. I'll be coming back the next time I need some audio equipment for sure!
