Attentive staff with excellent product knowledge. I was assisted by the store manager, Krishna, who who was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and very attentive! My intent was to purchase a pair of headphones or a stereo, and I walked out of the store having purchased both. After mentioning I am a frequent passenger on aircraft and I wanted headphones that could silence the drone of the engines, he showed me to the new QC35 headphones and turned on airplane noise on a sound system in the store so I could have a demo. He also showed me the Sound Touch music system after asking questions about where my wife and I like to enjoy music, and what type of music we listen to. The Sound Touch system was a home run for us, allowing space for us to expand in the future. Combining great products and great service in one store allowed me to be completely satisfied with my purchases. Thank you Krishna and Bose!
I was there today to see about a malfunctioning pair of soundsport buds. The guy at the front counter was attentive and empathetic to my concern. He immediately went to work to find the problem. After determining that the buds had mysteriously stopped connecting with my phone, he immediately replaced them with a new pair. This kind of customer service and support is exactly what will keep me coming back for more fine BOSE products.
The guy who helped me was very helpful and efficient. Not only did he assist with a headphone fix, but he talked me through the Bose company and how they stand by their products. I definitely want to come in person to buy my next pair if this is the kind of top-notch service I receive!
Truly excellent customer service and they have gained a customer for life. The big box stores clearly don't have as much interest in customer service as a specialty store. I would encourage anyone who is in the market for anything electronic to go and check this place out. Top notch experience.
I brought in my bose mini soundlink becsuse it had kept turning off for no reason. The guys there trekked troubleshooting it and couldn’t figure out what was wrong so as a Christmas gift they exchanged my speaker for free and set me up with a new warranty! This just goes to show how helpful their staff is and how bose stands by their products. This is why we keep coming back to bose and love all of our bose products !
I purchased a set of Q25 headphones from Target about a year ago. The left side noise cancelling went out and I attempted to return to the Glendale store as instructed by the woman i spoke with on the phone. After being told several times "there is nothing we can do" Target has now lost my business.
However this review isn't about Target. It is about the wonderful experience i had with the Bose Keystone store. After calling in and speaking with the assistant store manager Mike he told me to bring the headphones in for an exchange. No questions asked. The headset was registered with Bose and it was easily the most pain free exchange process I have ever been through.
