I am so ecstatic about the care that my son is receiving at Kindred Hospital North. The staff have been very pleasant and wonderful. Always checking to see if I have any questions or concerns about his treatments. They don’t just care about him, but always making me feel like i am part of the recovery. One thing that sticks out in my mind is everyone speaks to you, whether or not if they are providing care for him that day. Their concerns and willingness to help is genuine. Their interactions with my son makes me know they do there work from the heart, and not just to get a paycheck. As of today, i would say this was the best place to have him transferred to for a quicker recovery.
So far we have had some problems but it wasn't something that could be helped. The people here love their job and don't mind taking the time to answer your questions. They talk to you even if you are sedated and lets you know what they are doing. It is nice to be around people that loves their jobs. I sit in my husband's room and I will here laughter and it makes me feel peaceful knowing they are happy to be here. I also love the fact I can get breakfast and lunch here. It makes it so much easier. I want to thank all the people that has been so great to me and my husband. God bless you all.
My visit to the hospital was quite pleasant even above my expectations. The building was clean and well maintained. The restroom was very clean. As for the staff they polite willing to answer questions. I would also like to thank everyone who assisted me with the understanding of the hospital procedures.
My daughter has been here for a week now and I'm very impressed with the staff and care of my daughter. The nurses are very skilled at what they do. Their Patient Relations Help is very loving and passionate with what she does. They really make you feel like home.
When I first arrived. I had peace in my heart concerning my son staying. The staff are cordial and pleasant. Not only do the staff take care of the patient, they always make sure the families needs are met. My son gets the attention he deserves and the medication needed to help him along the way. The staff are also consistent with bathing and cleaning my son. He gets all of the special services needed for progression to go forth. Be it physical occupational or speech therapy. I really appreciate Kindred North Hospital facility!
