This place is horrible. The hospital coordinator was over heard by my daughter stating she was glad my mother was moving to another location because she did not like her. This place also packed my mother's belongings with the exception of her brand new clothes that was bought the same day she was admitted to this facility. Multiple phone calls to Greg Biggs and CEO Monty with no returned calls. The majority of the staff were rude and uncaring.

I was in this hospital for a month after spinal surgery what a great place...everyone was so wonderful and compassionate. ...more then I could have ever imagined. ..thank you!
RHI facility is amazing! Mom had a stroke and the PT, OT and ST and nursing staff were all fantastic. Hopefully we never have to visit again but if it should happen I will feel confident my Mom is getting the best care possible. Thank you!!
