I don't care for State Farm and I really dislike this particular agent's office. Now that we've split up our insurance between different companies, we're getting substantially better coverage and saving about $1100 a year.The worst thing this office did was sell us a commercial policy that provided substandard coverage (only about 60% of what we actually needed) for $800/year more than what we're now paying. At the time we got it, I didn't know exactly how those policies worked and so had our building been destroyed, we would have been screwed. I also found it really annoying that they called and texted me so much. Lastly, you'd think the agent would meet her customers at least once, but I never met, or even saw, Gretchen. In summary, State Farm is more expensive, this office didn't do a good job for us in terms of coverage, and they're annoying.
Leah and Gretchen are absolutely amazing. They have answered all my questions & make sure I completely understand my policy. Will definitely be sticking with State Farm in Camby.
