My girlfriend went here to get a quote. The lady was very rude and seemed stuck on stuff that other insurance agents had no problem with. ( An unpaid ticket that was paid) she continued to make a big deal out of it. She told us the quote which was 50-60 higher than the others. We will never use state farm. She could use some customers service skills.
I had the chance to know State Farm and its representatives Sarah and Tracy when I moved to Indianapolis from Ann Arbor a couple of months ago. Because my home is just one block from a branch of State Farm, I chose it as my insurance agency. But soon I realized I have made the right choice. The rates of premium is much lower than what I expect, and their representatives are very polite. Since my English is not so good, I like to go there in person and have troubled Tracy a lot of times with various insurance questions. Tracy is so patient and nice that I have learnt a lot from her detailed explanations about how the insurance policy applies to my case. I really appreciate her help.
Tracy has ALWAYS been very helpful, polite, friendly. She ALWAYS follows through with what she says she'll do. She's the BEST!!!!! and very much appreciated!!
Office is very hard to get a hold of.every time I call get the voice mail
