Only 5 stars? I really wish I could give them more! I travelled out to Indiana to help my Aunt sell her home and move to a new one. A part of that whole process was home insurance, and I'm so glad I came across Steffy Hatoway. They not only took care of everything for us, the local agent gave us some awesome tips about the neighborhood my Aunt was moving too; best restaurants, cafes, and more! Really glad to have them in my Aunt's corner, makes me rest better at night. Thanks again!!
I've had the pleasure of working with Steffey Insurance and the Steffey family for several years. They have always provided extremely prompt and professional service - and are very up front about my insurance options. I can't recall an email or phone call that went unanswered for more than an hour on any given business day. Steffey was also very helpful in navigating the complexities of moving 3 times in 3 different states. They always made sure I was covered - and that I had the best price on the market (even if not with them). That says a lot about their integrity. In one location, they were not able to beat the price and they told me that. I will definitely use Steffey for all of my insurance needs and would recommended everyone do the same!
