Earlier in the year (around March), I began shopping for my wife's engagement ring. I had gone to several jewelry stores, but none of them compared to my experience at Diamonds Direct. I worked with a young lady named Ashley (Gibbs?) and the immense levels of patience and humor she kept throughout my visit was surreal. Ashley and I spent hours talking designs, ring types and styles, etc., but we also talked on a slightly personal level, from her time in Atlanta to how she designed her own ring, I really felt like I was shopping with my friend. Ultimately, we found the perfect ring, customized it slightly, and my wife loved it!! For this reason, we recently went back to DD to purchase her custom wedding band for Christmas and we received the exact same treatment. This time we worked with Destiny and the treatment, patience, and individual attention was no different. If you EVER need any piece of jewelry, especially something custom, THIS is the place to go (especially if you can work with Ashley or Destiny haha).
Nice environment with affordable prices. Matt San Filippo did an amazing job showcasing all they had to offer. He could not have been more help. It really wowed me on how much detail he went into on all of their merchandise. If you ever go to Diamonds Direct ask for him! Great guy!

He was so accommodating and went above and beyond to make our experience absolutely wonderful! He would spend time on his days off texting with us to make sure we were getting the best diamond for the best price! His professionalism was superb!
