My husband only had his wedding band for a year. The diamond fell out and this store was of very little help. Please check the lifetime warranty on your purchase. We will not return.
When the ring arrived, however, it was a size too big. No biggie, so we went back to the store within the same week to have it adjusted. We were "greeted" by a young lady who didn't bother to even stand from her chair and introduce himself. She wordlessly took the ring, studied it for a bit (completely ignoring us as we told her what the issue was) and told us that because of the metal of the ring we could not have it resized. Then stared at us- annoyed. Almost like we had been recommended a size, but decided to ignore their advice and this was entirely our fault.

When we went back to pick up the corrected ring we were faced with the same manager. My fiancé put on the ring and gave it a few tugs to make sure it was snug. He watched; then said that he remembered us and -in a tone that suggested he was ready to start an argument-reminded us that we both initialed the new size and if it didn't fit it would be our fault.
Never again will I be shopping there. They sell jewelry- the outmost of the luxury items; and the lack of friendliness- no less customer service skills shocked me.
My husband and I are always very pleasantly approached when we enter this store. There is a lady named Socorro who helps us there most of the time. Whether we're buying a new piece or we're having an issue with our current jewelry, she always takes great care of us. The only reason this store did not receive a 5 is because I keep having issues with my current ring purchase. Even though the ring was repaired every time, this has been frustrating. Customer service has been great but I'm not sure about the quality of some of the jewelry.
He said all this (no greeting, smile or thank you the whole time) before my fiancé was even able to tell him it fit well and he was happy.
Bought an expensive ($1300) wedding band. Worst customer service ever. After 5 days I finally got a number from the store's assistant manager. Now I've been on the phone for long time trying to talk to someone. Absolutely horrible experience. Will never go back.
My fiancé and I were convinced to buy his wedding band at this store because of the very helpful representative who assisted us. She spent a fair amount of time showing us our options and never once pushed us to buy something out of our price range. She fitted my fiancé with his ring, took down the engraving for it and submitted the order. We left happy.
We ended up speaking to what we believed to be a manager who amplified her annoyed tone. Never once did we get an apology that the size recommended by their own rep was incorrect- just told that we had already hit our limit for re-orders and we would have to pay for the next one. He made a it seem a burden to him as my fiancé was resized, and we were made to initial the new order and forcefully told again and again this was our last chance to get it right. All the while having us flip through their catalogue to find the ring number because they were unable to find our information in the system.
Manager (Cindy) acts as if she is doing the customer a favor by providing assistance and I literally watched her decide not to assist certain customers over others. After being quoted a price to fix my rings, they would not provide an itemized receipt or show evidence of what was wrong with the rings. Very disappointed in the disposition that I was creating too much work for them instead of them going out of the way to make me feel more confident in the purchase. Go to Windsor Jewelry instead!!!
