Really no point in reviewing businesses such as the BMV. Just get what you need to get done and go. Simple as that
Very quick and helpful service, but unlike a license branch they cannot print temporary license tags.
I have been waiting over a month for my license. I have called 4-5 times and each time was a different story: printer broken, sent to review status, and it's been mailed out. I call today and was told it has been pending since July 11th (it's August 15th) and was never mailed nor processed. Ridiculously unorganized, uninformed, serious lack of customer service, and a big zero on producing results. They need to clean house and get people in there who know how to run an organization while executing results.
