I'm not even on house arrest but someone that lives in the house is and since you changed the monitoring company these people call all hours of the day and night disturbing me and the kids asking if he is here and he will be in the house on the couch, in the bathroom, kitchen etc or if he leaves for a scheduled appointment they are calling. This is utterly ridiculous to me as a taxpayer that you cannot come up with a better company hell someone could really be committing a crime while on house arrest or GPS and you guys wouldn't know because you are harassing the individuals that are doing things properly and doing their time. Please fix this Issue ASAP it's terrible to be going through this crap

This review is for their chemical division called "Pen Products". I found there detergents and laundry products highly diluted. I have called them and reported my issues; but Instead of tackling my issues they canceled my account....odd reaction.
