I called and ordered a pizza to our hotel. After a 30 minute wait the driver called and said he was here, which he wasn't. The driver spoke very poor English and was impossible to communicate with. After an hour of no pizza I called the manager Rachel. She was very unresponsive to the drivers actions and didn't seem you care. After over an hour the driver showed up with a bent box and cold pizza which we denied. I called the manager again and her response was "okay, well cancel the order". No sorry, no remorse, just blank to the situation. This is horrible customer service, and I will never order papa John's again.
Their pizza is always hot and even though the store sometimes has address issues with certain places for delivery, it always makes it on time in the end. The drivers are always super polite. My go-to pizza place when I'm on campus and hungry!
The promotions are great and makes it easier to afford giving tips on deliveries. The new rewards program is also a way Papa shows appreciation to its loyal customers like myself. The pizza is reliably good -- the ingredients really do make a difference. And if there is ever a problem the manager will be very fair in dealing with customers. Also, this location delivers in areas other pizza companies won't so the drivers definitely deserve a tip. Love you guys!
I don't normally complain on these but this Papa Johns is terrible. Pizza was late. Service was aweful. Courtney who took our order took the wrong phone number and address and we had to call the store to correct her mistake. No one in the store must communicate because each new person you speak with has another story as to the status of your order. And their demeanor on the phone is that of being bothered to have to deal with their mistakes and lack a willingness to make it right. The manager Josh also went as far to saying we did not answer the door when the pizza arrived.
Guy who answered phone was rude and acted like my business was an annoyance. They also acted like my address was non-existent, so they don't even know the area they service. Ended up saying they wouldn't deliver even though im 2 miles from their store in a straight line. Guess they're not trying to make money. Worst experience with a pizza place in my life. Would rate 0 if it was possible.
