Been to this location quite a few times and enjoyed until recently. Staff started to get a little less proactive with table checkin. Asked the barista for a drink to see her go talk to some coworkers and finally after several minutes come back and just as I’m about to remind her, she says yea your drink... no apologies and to top off the terrible service I got severely bad food poisoning.
Katie, our server, was wonderful! She made sure we had everything just right. She was very courteous. The food was fantastic. Steak was cooked just right. Definitely will be back! Thank you for a great meal!

Server was on top of everything. We got our food and drinks promptly. Best service I've had at any Applebees. The server was good at conversation but also knew when it was time to five us our privacy. Will be going back when I'm back in town.
I wish i could give them half of a star. I would like to say that service was awful, but we would have to have been served to be able to say that. we sat for 10 minutes with no acknowledgment. I will go next door to olive garden, beside the breadsticks and salad are better.
