Amazing burgers here! I got the regular cheeseburger on a gluten free bun and it was cooked perfectly, so juicy delicious. They have awesome salads too and good vegetarian options as well as lots of options for the kids! The serve-yourself pickle barrel was pretty interesting, and the garlic dill pickles were perfectly crisp. Tons of options as far as beer goes, lots of craft and microbrews available. I can't recall our servers name but she was very friendly and patient with the 4 little kids that were with us!
Ordered carryout. Staff very patient and helpful on the phone. Got home with food and instead of two impossible burgers, got one beef and one impossible (no meat). This was a pretty big mistake. If not for there being two burgers that were different, might have eaten the beef burger thinking that the impossible burger (which we have heard great things about) sure was unrealistically beefy. And, both burgers had the wrong condiments. Just overall a bad experience. The fries were fine though, have to give credit there, but shouldn't even have to complain about the prep, orders should at the very least be correct. One star visit.
We ate at the restaurant. Got seated almost immediately. Good service by professional yet obviously overworked waitress, Laura. Food was delivered in a timely manner, about fifteen minutes from door to food on the table. The food was hot and prepared as ordered. The fries were plentiful, make sure to share, too much for one person. Unfortunately, each thing that we had at the restaurant was just a little bit off in its flavor. This is probably all due to the celebrity chef deal. I have a theory that chefs, out of pride or some such, add little eccentric touches to traditional dishes.
Update: 11/4/17 Visited with a gift card provided by management due to horribly wrong carry-out order. In short, gave them a second chance due to freebie.
Pretty OK. I get the appeal of the impossible burger but it didn't do it for me. Fries were good but some were cold. Pickle bar was nice and included hot peppers. There's a decent beer list and I had good service at the bar.
Three stars for my visit. Food was good (4 stars), yet the maintenance/upkeep of the facility negatively impacted the review. The inner front door needed maintenance and many times would not shut allowing cold air to disrupt conversation abruptly. Restroom looked as though it had not been serviced all day (you know what they say about restaurants with unkept restrooms). Beer glass smelled as if it had been wiped down with a dirty rag which certainly detracted from the beverage. If it were not for the food we had this first visit to B Spot would've been two stars. I am hoping for a much improved experience if we try it again as we are both Michael Simon fans!
In the end, the conclusion is that I might return under the right conditions, it is the only place in town that I know of with the Impossible Burger.

Three star visit, so averaged out to two stars.
Bacon cheese burger was good, the fries where good one I got used to the seasoning. Burger beer and fries ran me about $20. Bar tender was friendly, great atmosphere. Will definitely go back if I'm in the area again.
