We had Tiyana at the drive through. She was extremely nice, helpful, and quick. I Couldnt be happier with her service!

I love Arby's food but I was disappointed with the meal I had at this location...fries were overcooked and my sandwich was dry.
Food was good. The restaurant dining room and bathrooms needed attention. Couldn't find a clean table to sit down at.
This restaurant needs to get their service together, and quick. My husband and I wanted a quick bite to eat before heading to an appointment, so we swung through the Arby's. We noticed the drive thru was busy but no one was inside, so we decided to go inside. We ha about 15 minutes and weren't in a hurry. A young woman took our order and was clearly new to her job (didn't know where the "add cheese" button was, etc.). There were 2 other workers behind the counter. One was counting things in the freezer and the other was working the drive thru. We waited over 10 minutes for our food before asking for a manager and our money back (we even apologized and explained that we were in a hurry and had to go). The shift manager (the woman working the window) was rude to us, yelling back to the girl who had gone to put together food, "Don't bother with them. They apparently don't want any." Oh, and the guy behind us got his food as we were leaving- every item was wrong. It was a disaster.We ended up swinging through Taco Bell next door and just getting a few tacos to go. Such a waste of our time.
