I love this bike shop. I bought a Trek 820 and I couldn't be happier with it! But the review isn't about the bike, it's about the shop. Staff is eager to help and knowledgeable. Brad helped me the most in choosing the right bike. He answered all of my questions.
Higher prices but good fast service.
My only go to LBS, Steve Southwood is best bike wrench around. Store offers good products and prices. Bought last 3 bikes there, great service!
Since purchase, I've had to take it in twice for repair (user error). Both times they quickly diagnosed and repaired, free of charge.
Great they treat you like a friend and direct you to what you need not up selling or trying to sell you more bike than you need
I would recommend going to Matthews Bicycle Mart before anyone else. Plus they're the only shop open Sundays!
I bought my bike from another shop and have had some service and warranty issues. The guys at Matthews Bicycle Mart have always fixed any problems and/or serviced my bike....the same day. I live in Noblesville and will gladly travel to give them my business. A+++
