I purchased a Dell computer and a key fell off. I was told by an employee that I had to replace the entire computer and told by a manager it might cost $150-200 to repair. Turns out I changed the entire keyboard for $12. $12 fix. They knew nothing about repairing. They are only about foisting new computers on you. BEWARE.
I am incredibly pleased with my service today. William went above and beyond to get me back up and running. I was expecting several days or more turnaround and at least a little hassle, stress, and disappointment. There was absolutely zero! All the staff I dealt with were kind, courteous, and outstandingly helpful and understanding concerning my malfunctioning Surface Pro 4. I was able to start working on my next project that afternoon which was a thoroughly pleasant and unexpected outcome. They have my sincerest thank-you and I do not hesitate in recommending them.

I needed an exchange for my Surface Pro 4. I scheduled it online, then called the store on the same day to make sure that had one in stock and it was doable at the store before I commute. They confirmed and reserved one for me. Next day, I went to the appointment. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to get a replacement without any issues and they took care of things in a professional manner. I had a great experience at the store. Well done!
