Staff wise i have no beefs. My advice to consumers is if you have any issue paying your bill just be up front with them and they will help you. Answer the phone, temporarily return merchandise or even down grade from a 60" tv to a 50, a expensive fridge to a basic etc. They will do this as long as you arent 15 days late. I personally left because i could no longer deal with clientle and it was spilling over into my personal life and even had a confrontation outside of work.
Overall the service was poor. I didn't quite catch the name of the store manager but I'm assuming the Caucasian lady is the store manager she was very rude. The workers seemed to be embarrassed by the way she spoke to the customers and the merchandise that I received from them was in poor condition. I would have loved to receive something new and not used. I wish they would have told me that instead of just pushing a item on me that was previously used. If anything I would recommend them with out the store manager and if you asked about new merchandise instead of used
As a former employee i will say that most of the issues people have are from not paying their bill and allowing themselves to take on more than they can afford. Its difficult to really come down on the employees for aggressive collection method when that is rent a center way.
Now if you plan to shop there my advice is to closely look at the deals offered and dont take on more than you can handle financially.
