I stopped in today to have a key made & was greeted when I came through the door..that's always nice. When I got back to the key counter the associate was busy assisting another customer, so he called for helper & to my surprise someone was there within 30 seconds! He was helpful & I ended up buying two keys not just one lol Checkout clerk wasn't very friendly but over all, it's good neighborhood place to shop for your small needs bc things are a little on the pricey side.
I've never been in an establishment where they allow animals to run freely so it's very shocking when you see a cat just walk nonchalantly through an aisle or sit on the counter just seems unprofessional considering that people can have allergies to these type of things and I don't care too much for the employees some of them were very informative implied and others are just there for a paycheck clearly uninterested in helping or dealing with you or anything
