The worst customer service ever!!! I called to see if they had the hinge that I needed before I drove 40 miles to get there, plus I emailed a picture with exact specs. I was told they had it. When I got there I had to wait 10 minutes to get the hinge, only to find out it was the wrong size. Then had to wait another 15 minutes for them to refund my money! I will NEVER go back again or recommend them to anyone.
Hard to believe that customer service is so bad in 2017. No wonder online is killing retail.
