I had a very pleasant experience here. The salesman helped me find the perfect diamond earrings for my girlfriend, as well as something for myself as well. He taught me the difference between white sapphires and an actual diamond, and the benefits of each other (The largest one in my image is the white sapphire). I ended up going with the diamond because it had incredible brilliance and scintillation next to the white sapphire. I will definitely come back when I need to purchase more jewelry.
Girlfriend complained to no end of how she wouldn’t find anything if we went. After going she’s now in love with them. Their customer service is super great and they are great for people on a budget or without.
My now fiancé and I looked everywhere in Indy for a well cut cushion cut stone. Even at the very popular, diamonds direct. Who has very pushy salesmen. Shane co. Hit it out of the park with their quality and service. They shipped in two different diamonds from out of state for free, and held it for almost a week until we made a decision. We got a great price on a beautiful diamond. Will be going there for our wedding bands.
From the moment we walked into the door we were greeted with smiling faces asking to help. We worked with Marvin who treated us like we were guest in his home! I told him what I was looking for and our budget. He immediately picked out a setting that he thought fit my description perfectly. An hour in a half later as he patiently waited for me to look at every single setting in the store I went back to the ring he picked out first. His knowledge of diamonds helped us so much as our only prior experience was with a high pressure sales agent at a competitor which is why we didn't go back. I don't have enough good things to say about Marvin, the staff, and my experience. Shane Co has made a customer for life and I cannot wait to pick up my ring! (Which is only taking 3 days)
When my fiance and I were looking around for engagement rings last October, we went to several jewelers around the area but none of them really sparked an interest. They would just try to immediately sell us a ring with a diamond on it on the spot and get us on our way. That all changed when we came to Shane Co. When we first arrived we were met with Ryan Fox, and he asked us what we were looking for which we replied we really had no idea, but we knew we wanted a sapphire in her engagement ring. Ryan showed us a vast selection of bands that my fiance found one she loved, then we were actually given an education on the Four C's (Color, Cut, Clarity and Carat), and after all of our questions were answered, my fiance was able to pick a custom diamond to match her band based off of all the four c's she liked best. We were absolutely blown away with the service, and I knew I wanted to make it happen but knew I didn't have the cash upfront to pay for it. No worries, fortunately I qualified for a credit line and was able to pay same as cash, no interest for 12 months and it was the biggest help. He was even able to help me set it up in a way that she had no idea that I purchased it and I was able to surprise propose to her with her dream ring! She had no idea! We just recently went back, last weekend, to secure our wedding bands and get her engagement ring cleaned and once again Ryan was of great help. There's no other jeweler in the world I would rather go to than Shane Co! We are customers for life!
