Indiana State Trooper can tell a Meth addict by their teeth and apparently have a 6th sense that detects liars. Wow what a disgrace to State Troopers from the other 49 states. Trooper Manning needs to go to counseling,he obviously has many psychological issues.

July 14th, 2015. Your Indiana State Police officer stopped and prepared to investigate my vehicle displaying improper license plates.
If I had a vote for the Indiana State Police ‘Office of the Year’ it would be for Officer Derek Baker. If all new recruits and officers were able to be trained by or trained like Mr Baker positive respect and admiration would again fill the hearts and minds of all law abiding citizens.

Mr. Weller, my name is Dwayne Bryant. On August 30, 2015, you pulled me over for speeding. After our convesation, you felt compelled to rip the ticket and issue me a warning. I was emotional and moved to post the experience on Facebook. Since then, Literally, I have gone from 400 FB friends to 5,000.
I have receved thousands of emails and questions. 95% positive and supportive. Others were not so nice. I just wanted to say that I HOPE my posting your kindness did not cause you any harm within your department. I sincerely believe the Spirit of God was covering that encounter and during these stormy times, we were used to do God's work. People as far as South Korea have chimed in!

Please be advised that with all the negative and disrespect talk and actions being displayed against all divisions of law enforcement , this was a perfect example of superior quality law enforcement from the Indiana State Police service.
I was VERY happy with one of your officers/detectives yesterday!!!! I was driving a car on US 30 going towards Columbia City and I had gotten a flat tire. I pulled over to the side of the road, to check out my vehicle and to see if I could change the tire on my own. I had to wait for my mechanic to arrive, and all the vehicles kept on driving VERY close to me. It was a very scary experience! Once my mechanic arrived, one of your detectives, in an unmarked car arrived too. He pulled over to the side I was on and had his lights on, about 15-20 feet behind us. Once he arrived, almost ALL the other vehicles traveling that route, changed lanes to the far left and we were able to change my tire without the Semi's and cars whooshing closely by us. When I tried to start my vehicle, the hazard lights had almost killed my battery. The ISP detective went to the Police Station and got a battery jump box and helped us get back on the road. This was THE BEST experience I have had with one of your ISP Officers. THANK YOU!!!! There really are GREAT Officers/Detectives out there!!! Thank you, Detective Mills, for keeping us safe!!!!!
Upon the initial exchange and collection of necessary information the officer declared that I was listed with an FTA warrant and I would have to be transported to Marion County Jail to be processed. This officer went to great lengths to show respect and caring for me and my nephew.
