It's too dark and scary in their parking garage.
The building management has decided to make at least the first 3 floors of the garage exclusive to Artistry tenants. Commuters who get in before 8:30am usually don't have to park above the 4th floor, and I am very disappointed about this decision. The current rates are $85 per month, and they recently made it 24-hour access.
It's a walk to Monument Circle, but it provides decent value.
