We have used many times in the past. Initially very pleased. Lately the pick up gets slower each time. We were told they use to have 3 drivers now just one.

I have utilized Easy Park ever since Indy Park, Ride & Fly went out of business. Initially, Easy Park’s VIP Service was fine. A VIP account meant not going inside to check-in, billing straight to credit card on file, and car running and ready to go when returning from the airport. Not anymore. In fact, it took 45 minutes to retrieve my car on the last and final visit. AVOID this business. The employees don’t seem to care at all about providing even a reasonable level of service.
Today was complete chaos they said they were supposed to have 7 people working, only 3 came to work. The 3 working were working very hard, but several people waiting to rent cars. Several waiting to pick up their personal car. Two of us asked for our keys and went to the lot and got our car. Not sure what the owners or mangement doing but it appears they do not care if this business goes under.
Unacceptable customer service and communication. After a long day of travelling I called the number on my ticket stub to be picked up by the shuttle, as instructed. I called probably 100 times. There was never an answer. It just rings and rings and rings and rings endlessly. This place is open 24 hours, but there is no one to attend to patrons who are simply left stranded without an answer. Waited for nearly 2 hours before deciding to call an uber. I wish this place would just shut down.

After a long flight I called the number to be picked up and told them where I was. They said no problem, they would be right over. 20 min later they never showed up. They said you have to be in a certain area. I said fine, please come get me. 20 min later the shuttle never showed up. I tried to call them for a ride and they ignored my call. An hour later I ended up getting an Uber to get to my truck. This place has horrible communication and customer service skills. If I need to be in a certain area to be picked up fine; but, when I ask you to pick me up at a certain location do not just agree to it, tell me I need to be somewhere specific. Worst experience I have ever had parking my vehicle. Will never Ever use them again.
