Great location in the center of downtown. If you get in before 9am, parking is a little cheaper. Price is low relative to the other parking garages around the circle. You can pay with cash or card. There's also an elevator. During afternoon rush there's a guy who helps direct you to easily exit and get onto the street.
We live 2 hours away, but came to Indy for a Colts game. Parked at the garage and the girl that took my $10 said she did not know where the stadium was. After the game when we tried to leave the same girl that took our $10 said we needed a ticket to leave or we would have to pay a $20 "lost ticket" fee. The problem was she NEVER GAVE US A TICKET. When I tried to explain we were never given a ticket, she insisted "I PROMISE YOU THAT YOU WERE GIVEN A TICKET." She then said she remembered us because we asked where the stadium was, but she wouldn't let us leave until we gave her another $20 for a lost ticket, that she never gave us. So we paid $30 to park for 5 hours. I contacted the parking garage and finally got ahold of the manager. He said he couldn't do anything about it and would have the owner call back. No call back. If you want rude service and employees that pocket your money, then park here. **UPDATE-finally spoke with the owner of the parking garage and he sent my $20 overpayment back. Said the attendant should have had me back up and this wouldn't have been a problem, as the license plate recognition would have shown I had already paid. Maybe if they get a new attendant they won't have these problems.
I have a reserved space. It would help if the spaces were wider as to more easily enter and exit your space. 2 way travel is dangerous as many don't get its no "Fast & Furious" as there is always a near accident on every turn or trying to "thread the needle into your space. A real lack of common courtesy from drivers in this garage. Skateboarders of the roof are frequently problematic in the evening.
Convenient access and proximity to many great locations. A favorite place to park for Pacers games or concerts at Banker's Life Fieldhouse. Have been traveling here from out of state often and always feel safe and secure parking at the Express Park Garage!
Cheaper parking in town. Right off the circle. Good location.
