We have taken our Yorkie here for 2 years (before they moved to National Rd.) The staff is knowledgeable and nice. Our Yorkie has anxiety about car rides and groomers, but when we tell him he is going to get a haircut he gets excited. They do a great job and he always has a smile for them(yes, he smiles and only at people he likes). Their prices are really reasonable too. We recommend this place to all our friends.
This place is the best! The prices are reasonable and the owner is very knowledgeable regarding the care and grooming of many different types of animals. You can tell everyone who works or volunteers there really loves and cares for animals. There are even some resident animals who "work there" such as big cat Archie Bunker and it's always a delight to stop and pet them. A portion of the proceeds go to saving the lives of exotic animals via EARPS. I can always find good quality food and grooming products for at home too. My dog LOVES to visit all creatures great & groomed. Additionally, they provide a much more thorough groom than I have got at other places for less money! My dog always comes home with a smile on her face.

Worst experience ever! Took my maltese in today for a hair cut told the lady up front that I wanted my dogs hair short! She shaved him down and even CUT HIM! They are absolutely stupid and DON’T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!! If you care about your dogs please don’t come here. The lady made me pay even though she did a horrible job. It took them 7 hours to have my puppy ready, that was another thing that was unbelievable. After we got home he was acting a little weird and wouldn’t eat even though he had not had any food all day, he walked with a limp which made me very upset and concerned. I decided to take him to the vet and the vet gave me medication for my dog pain. Vet visit was around 50 dollars, thanks to this place!!THIS IS SERIOUSLY THE WORST PLACE YOU CAN TAKE YOUR PETS TO ! DON’T DO IT THIS PLACE SUCKS !!!
Liza and her crew are extremely flexible with scheduling our dogs for boarding. Their rates are really competitive when compared with other kennels in the area. Highly recommend all their services!
