My first experience here was awesome. I believe the manager and I had a great discussion about dog food (they don't carry mine, but he said he would look into ordering some if I brought back the name). Second and third visits were aweful and will be my last. Second visit I went in for a DIY dog bath. Kid sells me the dog bath before checking if it's available. Some lady was already in there with three dogs and for some reason I wasn't able to use the other bath. Kid says I can come back in about an hour. I had a wet stinky dog with me so I just asked for a refund. He said he would have to call his manager? Then he decides to just give me a DIY dog bath card. Fine my dog will get dirty again so I'll have to use it. (Later I realized it was expired when he gave it to me
Great place for dog food. Not a good place for anything fish related. They have no live animals.
