Dairy Queen store the workers really help you out they try to answer any question that you have to the best of their knowledge I got two tortoises from these people and I love them
This place is awesome. They take extra precautions to make sure all of their animals are properly cared for, and really, genuinely care about the animals there. They run sales quite frequently on things, which is cool. They have a wide selection of all different types of animals and fish, and MOST employees are knowledgeable about the animals, and if they are unsure, they make sure to give you the answers you need. They also have a wide selection of animal equipment, a wide variety of fish tanks, and all kinds of different food, toys, and other fun things like decorations and costumes. The staff is super friendly and makes being there enjoyable, even if you are only stopping to look. All of their animals are healthy and well cared for, making it even easier to keep them as my #1 pet store on my list. (:
Prices are pretty high. The store never looks very clean especially the fish section. They do have a good selection of products and employees are usually friendly and helpful.
Fish were swimming in green over grown algae filled tanks. Asked when they clean them and was told daily. This while the guy was leaned on the counter sucking on whipped cream in the fish cooler.
Customer service was absolutely wonderful. I get so frustrated when I go in to buy decorations for my fish tank because nothing is price unless it is hanging on the wall. So when you go in there you have to guess the prices on the decorations. I was purchasing something for the fish tank today and it was on the bottom shelf with prices starting from $2.99 all the way to $11.99. I take my item up to the register and it rings up $24.99. The cashier said that someone must put it in the wrong place and I said well someone must have put at least six or seven of them in the wrong place. Needless to say I did not purchase the item because I was not expecting to spend $25 especially when the prices on the bottom shelf did not go over $11.99. Other than that I absolutely love the store. Just please make the pricing a little more clearer on the items that are not hanging up on pegs.
