They are very accommodating, informative, and patient. They are very nice they didn't have frogs my daughter wanted so they ordered them for her. We got geckos but I can't stand jumpy bugs so the worker took all of the crickets out by hand. It really went above and beyond great customer service
I've purchased several animals from them! A bearded dragon, two ferrets and a kitten. I'm debating on getting another kitten or cat. Unbelievable friendly people, great prices and great pets!
It's an unusual place. It's privately owned so they can decide what they will sell. They have things you don't see elsewhere, like Axolotls, and they can get other things on request, unlike Petco, PetSmart, or Uncle Bill's. They sell a few kinds of birds, a few snakes, lots of fish, crickets, dubia roaches, and supplies. But there are odd things too.
This is a nice place, the family is nice and I enjoy coming here. The mother and daughter are very nice, they have younge workers and she is very nice and She helps me get down and dirty in that good stuff, the animals
I love this place! The staff are family and down to earth. Good fish selection. Theres a great knowledgeable cichlid guy who comes in time to time and has helped me numerous of times.. Their prices are roughly the same as petsmart and other stores, may be a tad higher on a few items, but hey its not a big corporation. I Always come back..
