Cat purchased was sick and was in need of attention I did not feel was my responsibility to pay for. Refund policy was not honored. Truth be told I would not have wanted to return the cat to this shops "care" and am doing best I can to care for her.
The people here are the best. They helped us so much when we bought our bunny and then helped us again in or time of need. Best pet store ever!
I worked here for 6 months and I hated it the merchandise is way over priced even work the half of employee discount too many animals at one time there has to be a limit too much work to do for just 8$ an hour trust me I worked here because I really needed a job Do NOT WORK HERE save yourself the headache you can do a lot better.. they don't even review applications until someone quits then if they call you and you don't answer they move on to the next one and when u call back they'll say oh well we're reviewing apps right now even tho they were about to hire you if you answered trust me I've seen it with my own eyes.. And if you aren't they're "friend" they'll force you to do things that aren't your job and the room for financial growth is absurd I worked here for 6 months and was yet to get a bump in pay or anything to say hey we appreciate you here ive been at my new job 2 months and I went from 8$ to $9.50 and they miss pay days so don't expect to always get your check might have to wait another week. Don't do it to yourself please they'll add work and make you come in ridiculously early and will force you to work Sundays like they would dislike you if you can't work Sundays it's petty I could go on and on all day but bottom line is don't do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is not worth the little money oh yeah if your a college student they won't work with your schedule got a class at 9 am? Well we'll need you to work from 8am to 4 pm but you really won't leave till 6 pm
I go here a lot for my aquarium needs. Great service and prices on fish. Can't speak for the puppies, kittens , etc but the fish have all been healthy. Staff is nice and courteous too. I recommend the store. Some people just want to trash a place, I guess.
Sold me a broken snake hide, and refused to honor 30 day refund policy written on receipt. They also allowed their pythons and boas to become infested with mites. DO NOT BUY REPTILES HERE
