update: received my food and the order was messed up we got soup instead of chili also had to call them back because we ordered water bottles and they never came, its been 40 minutes now and my real order still is not here
great until my car wouldn't start on my first day. I contacted the manager, didnt answer until later the next day, and told him what was going on. He told me that he would check to see if there was anymore open spots throughout the week and would contact me. (So was i hired for a day? They also wanted me to come in at 730 am when they open at 10am) He also mentioned if I had any troubles to please contact him. I emailed him everyday asking if i could come in. No response. So I called in and asked him if i still had a job and very rudely he said no and in mid sentence ended the phone call as i was explaining i took off school (comsetology) for 120 days so i could work and how he should've contacted me way before so I didnt have to miss any school. That was very unprofessional.
I wish I can give 0 stars.... I live 2 miles away and they charged $11 for delivery..... $11???? there better be gold in my sub.. and I don't know if it was her first day or not but the girl on the phone knew absolutely nothing....

I don't recommend getting a job here. They're very unorganized and none of the employees knew the answer to the questions I was asking about paperwork. Plus its only $9 and it's not worth the time.
Great sandwich choices and I love the gluten free bread option. Please take a note from Jimmy Johns book though and drastically lower the time in which it takes to make a sandwich. 12+ minutes wait for a simple, non toasted sandwich when you have no other customers in the shop is a joke. I can name several sit down restaurants that serve full on meals quicker... Ive visited this establishment 2 to 3 times per month since you opened and figured the first few times the lack of speed was due to training but NOTHING has changed.
Very disappointing sandwich and way over priced. Only two small pieces of meat and charged for every little add on (even cheese). Don’t waste your money here, Go across the street to jimmy johns
Their employees are absolutely rude. Their store is unclean, the floor is always slippery, the bathroom had toliet paper and waste on the ground it was horrifying. If the front looks like that then what does the kitchen look like?
