The honest truth is that the Zoe biggest cellpoint is the bread sticks. You sit down inside the restaurant breadsticks or unlimited. My problem with this place was some months ago I was having a repeat situation where I would have to go up to the counter and get more breadsticks(because despite no one there I wasn't being served) I go up there politely request for more breadsticks and I received very unwelcome interactions particularly with older white woman it seemed unjust. Either way I didn't form manager or supervisor of the District of it but seeing that she still work there well after the fact I walked in walked out and I never been back there because I'm don't feel that I deserve to be disrespected or felt as though I was undeserving of service.
Usually a great place to take kids out to eat. Last time I went, I had a big to-go order. Food was ok but they didn't have any 1s because the manager couldn't get to the bank in time because she didn't have a car. So I either had to pay with a card or have exact change (at least not need any 1's back). My order luckily only needed one 1 but as the cashier and manager we're trying to give me my change, neither one could figure it out. I had to use my calculator. Also, while my daughter and I waited on our food, they went around with the bread sticks but we weren't offered any. Which was fine because they ended up not being good that night. Usually have only good experiences here. Hopefully it was just a bad night. Definitely will b going back.
I went last week and the service had soared. They hustle so much now and bread sticks come around often again. My only nitpick was they were kinda dry. If you had the old bread sticks you know the buttery goodness.
No one came out from the back to assist us with our order after standing there for 15 minutes we left cuz another woman walked in and was helped before us cuz she had an online order very rude customer service
The staff is great, the food could always be better. The bread sticks are always great
