So, pretty awful. Food is mediocre, my pasta was cold but pretty tasty. Also, not technically the restaurants fault, but a lady threw up in the bathroom and a random dude was in the men's bathroom asking for money... so classy. Finally, the one star is for our waiter. Showed up like 20 minutes after we sat down. He was so bad he even acknowledged he was bad. Anyways, I would look elsewhere if you want a good dining experience.
I would love to rate the food but we never got any. Honestly... they get 0 STARS!!! We did meet a very pleasant hostess that did seat us. After that though... we DID get silverware but nothing else. After 15 minutes, we decided to take our business and $300 ticket across to Champps.... Will NOT be going back. Then again, I never was really welcomed.
We had a problem with our food ticket getting lost in the kitchen, but I'm giving this place 5 stars based on their stellar management for handling it quickly and pleasantly. The manager on duty, Kelsey, came to our table and apologized for the issue. She said our meal was on them tonight and offered to bring an appetizer for us since we had been waiting a little while. Once they had realized the issue, she personally submitted the re-order to the kitchen and brought it out immediately. Food was delicious! I was surprised by their generosity for the mistake, Kelsey went above and beyond to make sure we were happy the rest of our visit. Great job!
What a delicious treasure chest. Their jumbo shrimps were dynamite!!! For my entree, I requested for the Holiday Meatloaf. That took me to a whole new level of appreciation of my tastebuds. Meatloaf was wrapped in a wonderful layer of perfectly lightly crisp bacon. Merry Christmas to me y'all!!!
We went here spontaneously to have a quick lunch and weren't disappointed - the food and the beer were very good! We tried The Duke and the Golden Fever (special seasonal Belgian Strong Ale) and enjoyed both of them. The atmosphere is more that of a sports bar, but probably pretty nice on the evening when more people are around. Our waiter was very friendly, attentive and helped us with our beer selection. A good place to try some craft beer and to have a tasty meal!
