Still sitting here waiting on a server to take our order after 20 minutes. About to go to Dave and busters.
Really a fun place to go to especially with a group! Prices are fair - loved the bowling and the laser tag! The arcade games are new and fairly fun! The ticket prizes are pretty good. Only thing they need to work on is the food service....took 4 attempts before getting a waiter. Food was only okay at best
I don't really know how this place operates on a regular, I don't basis, but my experience was horrible. A friend had birthday party there and they took 2 hrs to bring out the food. It took another hour for them to get their money back and by then the concession stand had run out of food! Hope they get better as time goes on!
Update: Notifying someone at the bar that we were waiting wasn't enough. I ended up calling to notify someone who informed a manager. 3 servers appeared moments later... the rest of the tables are empty.
We left a bag there and when we called they wouldn't even go look for it and said I would have to wait until tomorrow and see if the night crew found it. I explained that we just had 21 kids and some adults there and we were leaving early the next morning. They didn't care.. The first 3 contacts said they didn't have time. I told them exactly where it was left and it took numerous calls before someone said they would look for it and call me back. Never received a call. Made the 30 minute drive back and found it within 1 minute EXACTLY where I said it was left. Considering we had just taken 21 kids their and had nothing but a coach bus, it would have been nice of them to take 1 minute to look and see if it was still there. Fortunately, it was. It was obvious they could care less that we had just spent a ton of money with them.
Worst experience of my life. Worst restaurant service. Don't go here unless you want to starve and feel guilty for asking for a napkin. Management needs to be FIRED!!! I don't guilt my server. She was working hard. But too many people standing around DOING NOTHING but talking to party-goers and holding balloons for children. Sorry not sorry this place sucks!!!! Don't waste your money eating here. Maybe play games but Jesus Christ don't go to the restaurant. Whoever runs this is running it straight into the ground!!!!! Won't be open much longer. Oh and I sat next to a dirty food trolley for the entirety of my meal!!! Yummy!
