25 degrees out. Go to walk-up window do to oversized truck. Employees and Mgr just look at me and go on about their business talking and helping drive-thru that got there after me. After waiting for 3 to 5 min knocked on window asked are you going to take my order? Was told drive-thru was more important and closed window. Knock again loader asked for Mgr was blown off. Left no cars in 1 lane so knocked on that window make employee starts cussing at me then him and Mgr came out side door yelling and cussing me out and and started to talk of headphones and shirt and started walking at me too fight. Called corporate got return call but didn't sound liked they would do anything. Didn't even offer a free milkshake hell are a French fry.
Worst service that I every recall from a "fast" food place. Went to drive thru. They had us park so they could bring it out to us. Got tired of waiting. Walked back up to the window in time to watch them start my order. Easily 20 minute wait.
There at 4:00 on Sunday afternoon: There was only 1 vehicle ahead of me, but had to wait at least 5 minutes for order to be taken. It was a simple order... just a couple of burgers and fries, but the meat was colder than the tomato; had to go back for catsup (not in the sack); and, they were 'out of onions.' She said there were no onions when she got to work that morning. How do you have a burger without onions? Why wouldn't management go buy some? There were at least 3 employees in the building when I was there. This is the first time in a long time at a Checkers or Rally's, and this is the terrible impression I got. Well, at least the fries were good.
I Just transferred to this location. Absolutely the comments that follow were true and unfortunately sometimes remain true now. However, I and the rest of the new management team are diligently working to turn this Rally's around. Yes. We are understaffed and overworked, but my team, our team are working day and night so that YOU the customer recieves great food at a reasonable price from friendly helpful employees. As these reviews reflect, this location has been in a state of dissary for quite some time. Now, today, this location is getting a face lift. I've put in so many hours off the clock to get this place cleaned and our staff trained properly just to satisfy you the consumer. So give us another try, and mention this review for a little surprise in your bag......hey people give us a break now. Rome wasn't built in a day

Very slow service anytime of day. The guy working the drive thru tonight took our order and then proceded to cook our food and play on his phone and pull his pants up in the middle of making our food for 10 minutes. Hand us our food and closes the window. We ordered special sandwiches. So were checking them 20 seconds later he comes back to tell us our foods right move so he can get the rest of his cars out. Pretty rude service even when constumers understand understaffing. Train people on cleanliness!!!
