You should come with a few extra bucks prepared to take home a piece of ambience from this charming eatery. The best way to describe this place is "brunch nook". Take just one friend to this tight space or go alone! Look all around you and laugh and take in the character so smartly arranged on their walls and ledges!
My wife and I have decided that Ruth's makes the best omelets in town! Try building your own, and have fun with all the different combinations you can try. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere that's perfect for our breakfast dates. Service has always been terrific!
Beyond awesome, totally a FIVE STAR. Staff is always friendly, prompt as possible because they are always busy yet worth the wait if packed. The food is and always has been phenomenal, and the decor is interesting! Lastly, do not pass on trying a cheesecake pancake :)
This is a great local spot to grab breakfast or lunch. The food is always fresh and delicious and they offer various specials throughout the year based on the seasonal produce and local products. I frequent this Cafe and have never been disappointed by the food or service.
Somewhat higher priced, the food is good, but menu selections didn't include any side item. Seating was tight to the elbows, with little room to spare. Again, food is good, but snug seating and higher than average cost with less "bells and whistles might give family groups pause.
I was floored by Ruth's hodgepodge of breakfast and lunch selections. I gazed at their menu reading so many yummy breakfast bowl and sandwich descriptions. It was difficult to choose breakfast or lunch. The pancakes are inviting to say the least. Watching plate after plate being delivered to patrons around me, made me choose lunch. I had a chicken sandwich with Bleu cheese on a toasted wheat bun with roasted potatoes. I wish I'd chosen a different sandwich, but it was done right. Across the table from me, an omelette with spinach and a blueberry pancake with fruit were served. My friend shared, and I experienced the richest, fullest taste of pancake with real berries I'd ever had.
