Had my car towed into this shop after i had some issues while on vacation told the mechanic that i could see my transmission leaking from the pan seal after having it for most of the day i get a call telling me its the main seal and thatvthe torque converter may be compromised and told the dotal repairs with discount would be $1600 no mention of pan seal i refused further service and had the car towed back to my mechanic in fort wayne turns out low and behold it was the cooling unit for the transmission and THE PAN SEAL WAS BLOWN nothing wrong with anything else total cost of repairs $260 i feel like they thought just cause i was from out of town they could try to take advantage of me it things llike this that give all mechanics a bad rap
For the love of everything that is good and holy spend your hard earned money somewhere else. I took my vehicle here for a check engine light (pvc valve and mass airflow sensor for the second time this year. They also repaired it the first time.) Walked from home to pick the car up Saturday morning at 8 am. The door says they are open at 8 along with their website. I finally had enough when they had not shown up at 930 am and went home. They obviously have no respect for others time. Not to mention i had to spend 600 dollars on the same issue they had supposedly just fixed earlier this year. The last time I had them repair it the stripped out the mass airflow sensor and had to replace the exhaust manifold at my expense. Will never go back to this horrible place!!!
Friendly enough ..NOT HAPPY that they did the work without my permission. I have to say it needed done ,but come on $120+ for a radiator clamp and some fluid replacement ????! I suppose it's worth it since it's pretty cold out and I didn't want to freeze doing it . Usually if you do work without permission / agreeing to terms could be considered a gift...lol .
Good service and always very kind to work with! They did everything they could to find me the best deal on a new transmission and took good care of me.
Called to get estimate of price. Of course it could be anything but asked if transmission estimate to replace and she wouldn't even give a range of a price unless I towed it in.
