About rent him is place to live on. Him are in the door every month asking for the rent payment.
This house "Triple" it's really old and has to be removed.
I do not recommend peoples rent in this property.
I do have to be there but I can't that time because I'm working, to be sure about the pieces him " cheange".
Ramón Ibanez, charge to much money to fix any car. I pay almost $900.00 to fix my car and still the car it's the same.
But Ibanez don't fix anything when something important need fix.
About the Heater, him know that has to fix it because it's really the injury has it liking the water in all the basement floor.
Upstairs the water liking to the first floor and hi can't fix either. I paint the ceiling and the yelow color still come on.
I tell him about the cockroaches and him respond...When I rent the place to the last person, the place no has does animals. And hi never do nothing about.
