It's been two years since I had Auto Wise swap out the 4.7 engine on my 2003 dodge ram 1500 and the engine is still going strong. This shop is awesome and hope to use them again if the need arises on a one ton truck.
Well I got my 06 Chrysler Pacifica's engine rebuilt by these guys about 3 months ago. I've been real hesitant to leave a review because, to be honest, I was waiting for something to go wrong. It didn't. I've just got past the break in miles and got my 1st oil change and everything has been great! She sounds and runs so much better! Everything from the water pump to the radiator to the plugs and wires to the lifters and rockers were replaced. These guys were amazing! I have zero regrets.
Wow, where to begin....Very unprofessional when I first walk into this establishment to get a quote on my car the owner had his pistol on his hip, didn't know if I was walking into Autowise or Don's gun, very uncomfortable....then the next day I pick up my car there was mud all in my back floor mats, an a smell of cigarette Ash.....i approach one of the mechanics on my issue and they was very disrespectful, but the owner walk around with a pistol like the Wild Wild West so it wasn't worth escalating.....
After 14 years of neglect of service my son's Cherokee finally locked up the engine. Everything is still in great shape except for that. He bought a new Jeep and I scavenged the dead one. I had Autowise pick it up and they breathed new life into it. I am slowly but surly getting other issues fixed. But I'm so happy with the work done by Autowise. They are fantastic! And I love my "new to me" Jeep!
Joel once again demonstrated that he is a true gentleman and the only mechanic that I would recommend to replace an engine. He helped diagnose a problem quickly and accurately. I had the engine in my Jeep replaced a couple years ago and he has always been willing to answer all questions and help with even non-engine problems.
