Waste of time. Lazy Manager walked off site in the middle of working on my vehicle, left a slacker to half ass the service. Manager was unwilling to properly supervise his staff. Technicians were unqualified, unexperienced and not willing to do the tasks at hand properly and efficiently. This establishment does not have the proper tools nor knowledge to preform simple wheel hub maintenance. I've never seen a place so lazy.

These folks are not very knowledgeable when it comes to tires. Took my truck in to get the tires inspected after I heard a noise followed by a shudder and a TPMS fault. They looked at it for about 5 minutes and said it was fine. I asked them about the chunks of tread that I noticed were missing when I parked. They had no clue what I was talking about which mean they did a terrible job of inspecting. I had to take them outside to show them. It's so hard to find professionals these days.
When I come in to get work done, they always tell me what is needed and without that salesman pressure and I like that. No hidden fees, and other recommendations needed on my car if they see issues. Great customer service, all employees that I have encountered.
