Well I took my 2010 F150 Platinum here do to it not wanting to start. They found out it was a fuel pump that had burn out or something so ok here's $900 for that. They fixed it but let me know my transmission was leaking transmission fluid and was gonna need new transmission seal, filter, and fluid. Kinda weird cuz I park it same spot and I haven't noticed anything. When I showed up they proceed to show me transmission fluid underneath that had leaked out overnight. They advised me that my transmission wouldn't last more then two weeks on the amount of transmission fluid it was leaking but I didn't have the money for the fix. So I took a chance on it not messing up. I decided to take it for a second opinion to Edwards transmission specialist to just be told nothing was wrong and that there was no leak. Huh ain't that something. Nice try Autopotenza keep lying to your customers. Please get a second opinion. Oh by the way got 1yr 1/2 and transmission has no issues or leaks.
I take our BMW 328Xi to Carlos for service. In fact, when I was considering purchasing the car, Carlos inspected the car and gave me repair suggestions (which I used to negotiate with the seller). I eventually had the repairs done by Autopotenza. They are the only mechanics I allow to work on my car. Honest, polite and great (quick) communicator. Clean shop and nice waiting area. Honors parts and labor warranty's. Gated/secure parking lot.Truly understands the importance of excellent customer service. Carlos and Omar are a good team. They treat me like family; I wouldn't look elsewhere for car repairs.
I brought my 2012 Mercedes-Benz ML350 for a repair and the service was amazing. Carlos, the owner and all his team were very friendly and knowledgeable. I’m very satisfied with their service, better than the dealer. I highly recommend Autopotenza.
EDIT: After driving the car for about a week, the brakes started making the exact same noise as before. I took the car back to them and they said nothing was wrong and tried to sell me more parts. I was told "You have to stop like you mean it" and nothing is wrong. I was basically charged $700 to have new brakes installed that somehow make MORE noise. If you're looking for service after the repair, I would go in a different direction.
What a great experience Carlos was very helpful and knowledgeable
Took in my 2009 135i for brake and chassis noise. Omar took my car in the same day I called and had it fixed in less than 24 hours. The staff was very friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
