Purchase a bedroom suite on 11/04 which was delivered on 11/24. The rails for the bed were manufactured backwards on one end. The delivery person could not complete the installation of the bed and the rails had to be reordered. Week later they come to deliver new rails for the bed and low and behold they are manufacture backwards on one end. Still no working bed and no response on how if ever this problem is ever going to be resolved. Ashley's Customer service and delivery process is poor. My time and there time should not have been wasted by delivering fault rails for a second time. They should have been check before hand. Now more of my time will be wasted dealing with how to be correct rails.

EDIT 12/7: I have edited my review a third time as things continue to change. Corporate was in touch with me and, I'm not sure how, but they have told me that they have arranged for delivery on Saturday 12/9 (only one day after my estimate.) I consider that acceptable since I now do not have to worry about pickup and don't have to wait another week as the local management tried to tell me. The biggest lesson here is that this may not be the best option if you are looking for furniture right away. But they are making attempts to make customers happy.

A friend and I recently went in to purchase some furniture. We were assisted by Nathan who was awesome and very informative. He really offered some great deals. The manager Aaron I believe was very rude to his employee in front of us and was arguing with Nathan while he was attempted to close the sale. I stated to the manager I didn't believe he should speak to his employees in the manner in which he was and he goes " I stand by what I say'. So my friend and I decided to leave I took Nathans card and attempted to exit the premises but this manager stopped us and continued to be very rude. I would have happily purchased from Nathan if his manager had not made our experience so awful.

My first mistake was going in on Thanksgiving. They had couches for $159. I was fairly certain I wouldn't snag one of those but the other discounts were enough to entice me since I am DESPERATE for a couch. I don't usually participate in the Black Friday shenanigans so I can't speak comparatively but this store was not in any way prepared. I was in the door at 8:05 PM and selected my purchase before 8:30. I didn't leave the store until almost 10:30. I had to chase down an employee to assist me and ended up asking someone who was brand new. Why have her on the floor on the biggest night? She did her best to answer my questions and had excellent customer service. I asked when the couch would be available for pickup. For delivery I was told 2 weeks and I almost walked away. I need something NOW and made this clear. But she checked and said the couch could be picked up as soon as the following Tuesday. Unfortunately there were some supposed computer troubles and my couch was not reserved. So I ended up waiting in line for well over an hour to find out that I had to wait OVER TWO WEEKS to pick up my purchase. Having untrained staff kill customer's time and not reserve on a first-come first-served basis is unacceptable. I am not the type of person to make a scene and hold up a line that already moved at a snail's pace. However when I briefly voiced my concern all I got was a disingenuous, customer-servicey "I'm sorry for the inconvenience" but no attempts to make it right in any way.

EDIT 12/4: My original review gave 2 stars. I've taken away another star since the store management, after going back and forth internally and long hold times, let me know that I get to wait ANOTHER week for pickup or delivery.

My mother and I recently visited Ashley HomeStore to browse the mattress selection and had no intention of making a purchase. However, we were greeted by Martin who was kind enough to answer our questions and to provide us with information about the impact a proper mattress can have on an individual's sleep and joint health. This information, along with Martin's wonderful, no-pressure attitude, encouraged my mother and I to each purchase a mattress and adjustable bed. Martin also assisted me in searching throughout the store for a TV stand, which I had yet to buy for my new home. I also stumbled upon the perfect rug! Thanks to Martin and the Ashley HomeStore crew, I am many steps closer to having a fully furnished home and am incredibly excited to get a healthy night's sleep. I also have a few more furniture items on my list and know for sure that I will be visiting this location and asking for Martin's assistance!

I went in just to scope some furniture out to get in the future, and the staff was extremely nice/understanding about it and was in no way pushy or “in your face” like I feel with other furniture sales places. I was able to walk throughout the store and think about things at my own pace rather than having a salesman on my heels telling me which expensive item would be perfect for me. Turns out I went in on a way one day 25% off everything sale, so I actually left with the perfect couch that I was imagining for my living room ordered at a very affordable price. The delivery was quick, painless, and the quality of the couch is excellent. I couldn’t be happier with my experience.
