I am not a fan at all! Bought our pool July 5th 2016, it was installed mid-late August 2016. We were "upgraded" to the best liner and ladder. Ladder is a joke, and in less than a year we had a hole the size of a quarter. this was due to the horrible install that I immediately reported craters in my sand under my liner. their response was oh it will be fine it will not damage your liner. I also bought all of their pool chemicals at a very high cost. My pool was infested with mustard algae and no matter what I did with their chemicals it would not go away. I went to Walmart and bought some chemicals at 1/4 the cost and it cleared right up. I used Walmart chemicals all season 2017. Ran out for 1 week and used the stuff from F.L. and my pool turned green again. They are supposed to redo the sand and liner but I cannot get anyone to call me back to set up an appt after numerous calls to them.
Worst customer service I've ever received in my entire life. Seriously, I'm not some disgruntled employee or something. These people are terrible!
They left my yard full of screws, bolts, left over parts, extra bags of sand, cardboard boxes. They left trash from their lunches; coffee cups, water bottles, food wrappers, cigarette wrappers.
Had a great experience purchasing our new spa. The sales folks are knowledgeable and helpful, I never felt pressured to buy anything. It was well worth the 50 minute drive to experience the wide selection of inventory!
I just had service work on my 5-year old Tropical Seas spa. Steve was the service tech. He could not have been more helpful and pleasant. He had the problem solved quickly. He then took the time to give me some spa maintenance and care tips that was very helpful. Thank you!
These people are terrible and should be ashamed of them selves!
After 3 months of waiting they finally set up my pool and just left. Didn't get it running. Hoses are leaking, pump is leaking, moisture all around the bottom, pump is blowing out sand.
If your going to charge people super high mark-up at least back it up with some good customer service and follow up. Poor poor poor
